Senior Vendor Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vendor Operations Analyst who will lead the assessment and monitoring of vendor performance in outsourced activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to assess vendor performance and ensure quality standards are met
• Analyzes vendor performance, identifies trends and defects, and makes recommendations to management
• Resolves compliance and PHI breach scenarios, documenting Incident Reports for senior management review

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, Business, or a related technical field
• Six Sigma black belt or yellow/green belt certification
• Five to ten years in an operations/production role or previous management-level experience
• Experience with Excel (complex formulas) and PowerBI is highly preferred
