A company is looking for a Project Setup Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and manage contract and project support requests
- Maintain project setup and existing project maintenance in Costpoint, ensuring compliance with financial policies
- Read and interpret contract terms, support audit requests, and resolve timesheet discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- High school degree with 5 or more years of experience in accounting, finance, or contracts administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Prior experience with Project Setup and/or Billing modules is preferred
- Deltek Costpoint experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is preferred
