Job Summary

A company is looking for a Permit Coordinator - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry of driver trip records and process suspended trips
  • Assist with the permit desk and communicate with state agencies and other departments
  • Manage the daily and yearly bulk fuel process and permit renewal process
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED; Basic Financial Accounting course or equivalent
  • One year or more of data entry experience with intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience in working with reports related to duplicate trips and fuel
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Access, and Word at an intermediate level
