A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Head of Sales and Head of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the calendars of executives and prepare necessary materials for meetings
- Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings and ensure follow-up on action items
- Handle travel arrangements and manage event logistics for the Sales and Customer Success teams
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong relationship-building abilities with executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and a willingness to learn new tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
