Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Head of Sales and Head of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the calendars of executives and prepare necessary materials for meetings
  • Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings and ensure follow-up on action items
  • Handle travel arrangements and manage event logistics for the Sales and Customer Success teams
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and a willingness to learn new tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
