Transit & Review Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transit & Review Supervisor to manage operational priorities and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Transit & Review team, providing guidance and support
• Oversee daily operations to meet service level agreements and key performance indicators
• Analyze data to identify trends and prepare reports on operational performance

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• 1-3 years of experience in order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and/or payment/fraud prevention
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Experience working with remote teams; BPO experience preferred
• Skilled in creating standard operating procedures and identifying operational inefficiencies
