Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, strategy, or consulting
- Background in top-tier consulting or an MBA from a top-tier institution preferred
- Experience with SaaS, marketplace platforms, or public-sector tech strongly preferred
- Proven success in building and scaling operational systems across teams and geographies
- Mastery of process mapping, documentation, and facilitation
