Senior Manager, GTM Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Systems to lead and scale critical business operations and go-to-market systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of a prioritized GTM Systems roadmap to support business growth and operational scalability
• Collaborate with internal leaders to evaluate and implement recommendations from GTM systems assessments
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing GTM Systems team while driving the design and implementation of scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, including Salesforce and integrated tools
• 5+ years of experience managing GTM systems and/or enterprise applications teams
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
• Proficient in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs using platforms like Workato or Celigo
