Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations, Connectivity & Travel Inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution, scaling, and optimization of lodging and air supply operations
• Oversee daily air fulfillment operations and manage ARI team focused on content quality and booking reliability
• Build and mentor high-performing supply operations teams while designing scalable processes for partner onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations leadership, preferably in travel supply or a high-volume industry
• Proven ability to design and scale operational processes for reliability and quality
• Experience with lodging ARI, GDS workflows, and travel supply technologies is a plus
• Strong execution discipline and ability to solve complex operational challenges
• Proficiency in operational metrics and performance analysis
