Key Responsibilities

• Manage critical systems and tools, ensuring optimal performance and alignment across product, sales, and customer success teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a strategic operational role within high-growth SaaS companies
• Strong project management background with experience in agile methodologies
• Experience managing business systems including CRM and billing systems in SaaS environments
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute scalable cross-functional processes
