Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Executive Business Partner to support senior leadership in customer experience functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and meeting preparations for senior executives
- Support planning and execution of leadership events, team offsites, and key customer meetings
- Create and maintain executive-ready materials and coordinate cross-functional strategic programs
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in executive support, operations, project management, or Chief of Staff roles in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Proven ability to make decisions and resolve conflicts on behalf of senior executives
- Experience managing multiple priorities and shifting between tactical execution and strategic planning
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret and communicate metrics and performance data
- Familiarity with GTM operations, SaaS business metrics, or program management is a plus
