Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lease Admin Manager responsible for managing the workflow and day-to-day activities of the team supporting the Portfolio Administration Service Line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all Portfolio Administration services for a specific team/account
  • Oversee associates and operations to ensure work is completed and deadlines are met
  • Support timely and accurate reporting to senior leadership and clients
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, finance/real estate, or accounting
  • 3+ years relevant work experience
  • Ability to read and understand financial statements
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple high priorities
