Job Summary

A company is looking for a Central Support Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound telephone communication and data processing according to productivity and quality standards
  • Enter and verify member information in the Care Transitions platform and assist in coordinating member care
  • Complete administrative documentation for member records and run reports to monitor team duties
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of data entry experience
  • 1+ years of experience with computers in an office environment
  • Ability to work full-time with flexibility for 8-hour shifts during business hours
