A company is looking for a Central Support Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone communication and data processing according to productivity and quality standards
- Enter and verify member information in the Care Transitions platform and assist in coordinating member care
- Complete administrative documentation for member records and run reports to monitor team duties
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of data entry experience
- 1+ years of experience with computers in an office environment
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility for 8-hour shifts during business hours
