Senior Business Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Manager to run CISO Operations within the Cybersecurity Engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business direction and execute business plans to ensure continuous operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee strategy execution plans and budget design
• Monitor organizational health, lead cultural initiatives, and manage cross-team projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, or related roles
• Proven track record of delivering impactful programs in a technical or engineering organization
• Experience in business management or operations within a cybersecurity context
• Ability to meet security screening requirements upon hire and every two years thereafter
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
