A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to architect a high-performance go-to-market engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Build reliable forecasting models, funnel metrics, and sales analytics, delivering dashboards for executive decisions
- Design scalable systems for territory planning, quota-setting, and pipeline stages
- Manage and evolve GTM tools, implementing automations and ensuring CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM Strategy roles in fast-paced B2B SaaS or fintech companies
- Hands-on ownership of HubSpot or Salesforce, including reporting, automation, and user management
- Strong fluency in analytics, including SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools
- Experience leading high-impact, cross-functional projects
- Proactive problem-solver with a track record of identifying revenue bottlenecks
