A company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator (Remote in the Northeast ONLY).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure adherence to procedures and policies
- Manage client inquiries and collect work orders while monitoring performance and progress
- File and organize documentation related to work orders and vendor submissions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Any financial background and CMMS experience are a plus
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products
- Basic math skills for calculating simple figures
- Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mentality
