Key Responsibilities
- Establish and drive the strategic vision for the Center of Excellence within financial services
- Oversee operations of the Order-To-Cash Center of Excellence and ensure accurate billing processes
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, facilitating cross-functional communication and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash operations, including billing and collections
- Proven record of leading process improvements and managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
