- 3-6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or systems design
- Fluency in AI tools and automation platforms
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Curious, entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience supporting a leadership team in a fast-paced environment is preferred
