A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager - Customer Success to drive operational excellence in their Customer Success organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop dashboards and analytics to measure team performance and customer retention trends
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong skills in Salesforce administration and reporting
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with customer success software (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero) is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
