Job Summary

A company is looking for an FHA Team Lead in Field Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage conveyance timelines and perform neglect reviews
• Act as the subject matter expert for asset specialists and asset coordinators
• Conduct audits and handle escalations from clients and vendors

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Practical office experience
• Basic knowledge of mortgage terms preferred
• Experience in property management, construction, REO, or property insurance preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft software products
