A company is looking for a Manager, Denial Unit (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage appeals and denials staff to ensure proper reimbursement and maximize cash flow
- Monitor collection of appealed accounts and facilitate issue resolution related to payment delays
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- 3-6 years of experience in healthcare business office policies and procedures required
- 3-6 years of related experience in denials and appeals required
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience required
