Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quoting Operations Specialist to manage quoting operations workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage quoting and contracting workflows for all orders, including escalations for optimal customer outcomes
- Define new processes to support and scale quoting, including onboarding new providers and ongoing operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to evolve quoting workflows and platform functionality
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing pricing and/or quoting & contracting at a major US-based telco carrier or aggregating entity
- Strong familiarity with the telecom industry, including products, services, and competitive price points
- High comfort level with setting and iterating on priority actions at scale
- Some proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Bonus if located in NYC
