Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain Director - Tools & Indirect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a process, tool, and technology roadmap for the Supply Chain
• Oversee the improvement of supply chain processes, including rebates, supplier credit, and indirect sourcing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sourcing strategies and supplier performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of the building material industry or distribution
• Strong experience with supply chain processes, tools, and systems (ERP, SRM, etc.)
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively
