A company is looking for a Payments Operations Lead to oversee operations and ensure an exceptional merchant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for Payments Support, Credit, and Risk teams, ensuring prompt resolution of merchant inquiries
• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues while collaborating with internal teams for long-term solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead training sessions to enhance team capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the merchant acquiring business for a financial institution or payment processor
• Strong knowledge of payment gateways, processors, and the transaction lifecycle
• Familiarity with industry regulations and risk management best practices
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage escalations
• Participation in Merchant Acquirers Committee (MAC) preferred
