Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Global Platforms Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Production Platform team and implement platform strategies aligned with company vision
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to shape platform features and manage technology deployment within production
• Coach and mentor team members while ensuring effective training and usage of platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; professional translation or language industry experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in management or supervisory roles
• At least 5 years of experience in language services and operational work with CAT tools
• Experience with machine translation engines and internal technology solutions development
• Proficiency in business intelligence reporting and Microsoft Office
