Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Specialist who will oversee vendor contracts and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Third-Party Risk Management Program and provide strategic recommendations
• Manage the vendor lifecycle, including risk classification, due diligence, and contract negotiation
• Conduct formal risk assessments and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience is required
• 3+ years of experience in Vendor Management or Contract Management is required
• Knowledge of contract management principles and business practices related to contracts
• Strong skills in contract development and risk mitigation strategies
