A company is looking for a Professional Learning Operations Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain schedules for Professional Learning Consultants (PLCs), ensuring all sessions are assigned and confirmed
- Coordinate last-minute changes and substitutions, clearly communicating updates to consultants and stakeholders
- Provide real-time support for consultants through Slack, responding to scheduling inquiries and operational concerns promptly
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Salesforce for scheduling, operations, or administrative support
- Prior experience in scheduling, operations coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Slack or similar communication platforms
- Ability to remain calm and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
