New York Licensed Claims Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Manager to oversee a team of claim adjusters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a team of claims processors, adjusters, and senior adjusters
• Ensure high standards of claims handling and quality assurance
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for team members

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of experience as a veterinary technician
• Bachelor's degree in veterinary science, CVT, or equivalent preferred
• Property and Casualty Adjuster license in good standing preferred
• Reliable with good attendance and able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Experience with claims management software and industry-specific tools
