Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist to manage project administration and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide construction administration and operational support for project managers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage vendor invoice processes and assist in project reconciliation and closeout
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and maintain data integrity
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, interior design, business, or equivalent
  • Two or more years of project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and project management software
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings, construction costs, and schedules
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
