A company is looking for an Operations Specialist to manage project administration and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide construction administration and operational support for project managers throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage vendor invoice processes and assist in project reconciliation and closeout
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and maintain data integrity
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, interior design, business, or equivalent
- Two or more years of project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and project management software
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, construction costs, and schedules
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
