Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Fulfillment Systems & Operations Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and configuration of core fulfillment systems and ensure operational alignment
• Oversee onboarding of new fulfillment centers and drive standardization across operations
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and manage a high-performing team

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in fulfillment, supply chain systems, or operations excellence
• Experience with NetSuite, JIRA, and Confluence
• Proven leadership in fulfillment systems, inventory, packaging, and continuous improvement
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
• Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
