Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fleet Operations Coordinator to support the Fleet Manager with administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and track invoices, bills, and payments for the fleet department
  • Maintain organized filing systems for fleet documents, reports, and compliance records
  • Monitor hazardous operations (HAZOPs) to ensure safety and compliance
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in administrative, operations, or fleet management support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including mid-level Excel skills
  • Knowledge of safety compliance or fleet operations is a plus
  • Familiarity with auto industry incentive programs and production scheduling preferred
