A company is looking for a Fleet Operations Coordinator to support the Fleet Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track invoices, bills, and payments for the fleet department
- Maintain organized filing systems for fleet documents, reports, and compliance records
- Monitor hazardous operations (HAZOPs) to ensure safety and compliance
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in administrative, operations, or fleet management support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including mid-level Excel skills
- Knowledge of safety compliance or fleet operations is a plus
- Familiarity with auto industry incentive programs and production scheduling preferred
