Subcontract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontract Manager to oversee subcontract formation, performance, and closeout for complex contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer the subcontract lifecycle, including solicitation development, proposal evaluation, and cost analysis
• Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and performance
• Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve disputes, while maintaining accurate documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
• 5-8 years of federal subcontract administration experience, ideally with the Department of Energy
• Sound knowledge of FAR and DEAR regulations and experience with various contract types
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements
