Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and send closeout documentation to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions
  • Analyze closeout data for accuracy and completeness, addressing discrepancies as needed
  • Maintain and update closeout status spreadsheets, providing real-time insights into progress
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in closing prime contracts and/or subcontract agreements in a federal environment, or 4 years of administrative support experience in a federal finance, contract, or subcontract context
  • Familiarity with Costpoint and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
  • U.S. Citizenship required
