Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to optimize operational processes and drive efficiencies in the transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimize operational processes for vendor and internal teams
• Develop and implement process improvement solutions, including automation and vendor consolidation strategies
• Track and analyze operational trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficiency scoring frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in process documentation, including drafting and maintaining policies and SOPs
• Familiarity with the transportation industry, including operations and business continuity
• Proficiency in data analysis, synthesis, and planning
• Knowledge of operational SLAs and queue/ticket management
• Experience with team management and automation tools/processes
