Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and optimize operational processes for vendor and internal teams
- Develop and implement process improvement solutions, including automation and vendor consolidation strategies
- Track and analyze operational trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficiency scoring frameworks
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in process documentation, including drafting and maintaining policies and SOPs
- Familiarity with the transportation industry, including operations and business continuity
- Proficiency in data analysis, synthesis, and planning
- Knowledge of operational SLAs and queue/ticket management
- Experience with team management and automation tools/processes
