Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and create detailed end-to-end business process documentation for Operational teams
- Lead gap analysis of existing processes and drive remediation plans
- Manage third-party partners and own the Salesforce implementation for operational optimization
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in program management and large-scale projects
- Strong Salesforce knowledge with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience
- Experience in synthesizing cross-functional business requirements into a roadmap
- Ability to lead teams through tight deadlines and complex initiatives
- Self-starter with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity
