Stop-Loss Implementation Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stop Loss Cross Functional Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process, including intake, treaty validation, and system setup
• Supervise implementation staff and serve as the escalation point for complex client or treaty issues
• Maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and provide status updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in stop-loss implementation, reinsurance operations, or TPA onboarding
• Strong understanding of treaties, stop-loss contracts, and employee benefit plan structures
• Prior supervisory or lead role experience preferred
• Demonstrated project management capability with the ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards related to implementation processes
