Loan Setup Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Setup Supervisor responsible for supervising the New Loan Setup department to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of mortgage loans for servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute workload and provide daily direction to staff while monitoring service levels and adherence to processes
• Train, coach, and motivate employees while staying updated on regulatory requirements
• Review and audit new loans and escrow setups, providing reporting to management as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience combined with a Highschool Diploma/GED required
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required
• 3+ years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry required
• Previous experience in validating work and resolving training issues required
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and experience with mortgage servicing systems preferred
