Loan Fulfillment Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Fulfillment Condo & Project Review Supervisor (Remote Opportunity).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of a team of non-exempt associates
• Ensures approved projects align with established mortgage underwriting standards and guidelines
• Develops and implements process enhancements to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of banking, mortgage processing, mortgage underwriting or related experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with five (5) years of relevant experience
• One (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Prior Condo Project experience is preferred
