Key Responsibilities
- Route and manage live field service jobs to kiosks for timely and quality performance
- Monitor ongoing service performance of kiosks and collaborate with service professionals and customer support to resolve issues
- Remotely troubleshoot hardware issues related to kiosks
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of kiosk operations
- Experience in a high call volume position
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Twilio, and Google Suite is a plus
