A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator II to support dispatching jobs and troubleshooting field issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor ongoing service performance of kiosks and collaborate with service professionals and customer support to resolve issues
  • Remotely troubleshoot hardware issues related to kiosks
Required Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of kiosk operations
  • Experience in a high call volume position
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Twilio, and Google Suite is a plus
  • Collaborative attitude towards improving quality and efficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
