Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evaluation of promotional generosity offers to ensure efficient spend and incremental customer value
- Partner with analytics teams to measure the impact of promotions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Finance to support campaign planning, execution, and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in operations, analytics, or marketing strategy
- Solid understanding of ROI-driven decision-making and customer segmentation
- Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with tools like SQL, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
- Familiarity with promotional mechanics, bonus structures, or incentive programs preferred
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
