A company is looking for a Job Set Up Specialist to provide administrative and operational support for HVAC, refrigeration, and construction installation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project documentation and assist with scheduling and tracking job progress
- Manage data differences and maintain accurate project files, contracts, and correspondence
- Compile closeout documents and provide administrative support for project meetings
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction, HVAC, or refrigeration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with HVAC, refrigeration, or construction industry terminology and processes
- Experience with project management or ERP software (e.g., GP3, GP1)
