Business Services Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Services Leader (Exempt) - FT Days - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary revenue cycle performance contact for Clinic and Facility Operations Leadership
• Provide communication with physician office managers and facility department managers to ensure effective revenue cycle results
• Accountable for the performance of the revenue cycle in the community served

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years related hospital or practice management experience
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and travel within the community and across the Health System
• Knowledge of Epic applications
