Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Health Operations Manager (RN/LPN) to oversee regional operations and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by ensuring excellent customer service and timely delivery of reports
• Optimize physician costs by managing client invoices and selecting appropriate physicians
• Manage staff performance, including hiring, evaluations, and productivity analysis

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• RN / LPN License required
• Preferred business experience in healthcare and/or insurance settings
• Utilization Review experience required
• Experience in Worker's Compensation and/or Auto insurance preferred
