Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success by optimizing revenue processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the revenue operations tech stack, including Salesforce and marketing automation tools
- Serve as the Salesforce administrator, overseeing configurations, workflows, and integrations
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics such as pipeline velocity and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Analytics, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS or tech company
- Experience managing CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and familiarity with Salesforce administration
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, marketing analytics, and lead tracking
- Proven ability to build dashboards and reports for marketing and sales insights
- Understanding of lead flow processes and marketing-to-sales handoff optimization
