Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees operations management of multiple employer worksites and provides expertise to Health Center Leadership staff
• Serves as main client contact for strategic integration, focusing on client satisfaction and identifying healthcare trends
• Implements performance improvement processes and manages complex client relationships across various service lines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams
• Healthcare experience in a medical, pharmacy, fitness, or similar environment preferred
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
