A company is looking for a Facilities Transition & Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the intake process for new facility management service requests from client companies
- Serve as a single point of contact for facility management integration and oversee transitions from initiation to completion
- Document, track, and report on transition efforts related to new business opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience in Real Estate, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Science
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facility Management, or Project Management
- Demonstrated expertise in facility management principles and operational requirements
- Proven experience in program lifecycle management, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Teams, OneNote, and SmartSheet
