Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a COO and Chief of Staff to oversee operational efficiency and support the CEO in strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and transform the operational engine to create a high-leverage, AI-enabled system
• Accelerate the company launch rate by building infrastructure and processes that enhance speed and reduce blockers
• Maximize the CEO's leverage by managing high-impact projects and acting as a proxy in operational decisions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a COO, GM, or similar senior leadership role in a high-growth technology company
• Strong quantitative and technical background, preferably in performance marketing or engineering
• Prior experience as a founder or early-stage operator is highly preferred
• Ability to identify leverage points and serve as a trusted advisor to CEOs on critical decisions
• Experience in architecting scalable systems, including AI and automation
