A company is looking for a Post-Issue Operations Specialist to manage post-issue transactions and provide support in a life insurance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-issue transactions, including modifications, exchanges, policy updates, surrenders, and claims processing
- Process checks and provide backup phone support for the call center during high-volume periods
- Update and maintain the administrative portal and participate in team trainings and meetings via video
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a life insurance post-processing environment, including payment processing
- Minimum of three years of life insurance experience
- Technical experience, preferably with JIRA
- Ability to actively participate via video in team trainings and meetings
