A company is looking for a PIP Manager, Rideshare.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of adjusters handling Personal Injury Protection claims for a rideshare client
- Implement best practices for claims handling and monitor claims data for process improvement
- Develop strategies to mitigate fraudulent claims and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Active insurance adjuster's license or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- 10+ years of insurance claims management experience in multiple lines of business
- 5+ years of management experience, preferably in a remote environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in Personal Injury Protection claims
