Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of representatives to deliver superior customer service
- Manage talent acquisition, training, and performance feedback for team members
- Monitor department productivity, resolve complex customer issues, and ensure compliance with relevant laws
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of customer service experience
- One or more years of leadership experience
- Availability to work any shift and be on-call for emergencies
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on leadership/management or business administration
- Prior experience in Call Center and/or Property Management preferred
