A company is looking for a Centralized Operations Manager I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of representatives to deliver superior customer service
  • Manage talent acquisition, training, and performance feedback for team members
  • Monitor department productivity, resolve complex customer issues, and ensure compliance with relevant laws
Required Qualifications
  • Two or more years of customer service experience
  • One or more years of leadership experience
  • Availability to work any shift and be on-call for emergencies
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on leadership/management or business administration
  • Prior experience in Call Center and/or Property Management preferred
