Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the arbitration services team to ensure compliance with service, production, and quality standards
- Track trends and initiate process improvements to enhance service delivery and meet company goals
- Manage team performance, including staff development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED) with two years of experience in healthcare operations; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least one year of management/leadership experience or two years in a senior role
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with independent decision-making ability
- Adept knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a standard office environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
